To be eligible to play in one of the championship events, members must have been born during or before 1959*. However, there are also Open Pairs events with no age or grade restrictions.

Timings:

• Tuesday 26 April Gala Pairs 19:30
• Wednesday 27 April IBU Senior Pairs Championship for the Pat McDevitt Trophy 13:30 (2 sessions with a break), Open Pairs 13:30 and 19:00
• Thursday 28 April IBU Senior Teams Championship 11:00 (2 sessions with a break), Open Pairs 11:00 and 15:00

The WBF Executive Council has decided to raise the age requirement for senior players to 65 in accordance with the following schedule:

For 2022 it is 63 years of age 

On 1st January 2024 it will be raised to 64 years of age 

On 1st January 2026 it will be raised to 65 years of age
