We were very sorry to learn of the death of former CBAI National President Sheila Gallagher. Sheila served as President, representing the South Midland Region, in 2011, and was for many years the driving force behind the Carlow Congress.
She is pre-deceased by her late husband, Noel, and late brother, Sean, and survived by her children Niamh, Micheál, Ronan, Padraic, and Fred, her grandchildren Maria, Anita, Noel, Emer, Damien, Kieran, Aoife, Brín, Gregory, Emma, Monica, Sheelagh, Noel, and Luke, and siblings Fr. Micheál Kelly (Kiltegan), Paddy, Gretta, Fred, Phil, and Greg.
We offer our sincere condolences to all Sheila’s family, and to her many friends, especially those she made through bridge. May she rest in peace.
