At the end of March, we will be sending out the club Masterpoint Summary Forms to every club.
You should use these forms to record your members’ Masterpoint awards for the year, and return them to us for inclusion in their end-of-season records. If you would prefer the form in Excel format, just send an email to either paul@cbai.ie or info@cbai.ie, and we will get it to you by email.
Finally, we would ask please that you do one final review of the updated lists that you received from us after we have processed your affiliation returns for the year (this is a green report) to ensure that you registered ALL your members with us. A late affiliation form, sent with the report or downloadable here, should be used to return any additional members to us. Given the prevailing circumstances, we understand that you cannot ask for any outstanding GDPR forms at the moment, but please do make sure that you have listed everyone.
