Congratulations to the successful pairs in the Lady Milne trials held over the weekend of 13-15 September in Templeogue. The comfortable winners (winning all nine of their matches) were Rebecca Brown & Gilder Pender, and they, along with runners-up Teresa Rigney & Joan Kenny, third-placed Maria Whelan & Marian Croke, and fourth-placed Jean Kelly & Betty Cotter, will make up the panel from which the three pairs to represent Ireland in the Lady Milne Trophy (women’s home internationals, to be held in England on 17-19 April, 2020) will be selected.
