HOTEL INFORMATION: Rooms allocated on a first come, first served basis. Negotiated rates also available for the Friday and Sunday nights if desired, and the hotel is also offering a package for Friday and Saturday nights with one dinner included. Please ask for the CBAI bridge rate. Please note that the carpark beside the hotel is independently operated, and the hotel has no control over it. Guests staying two nights are offered 48 hours free parking, which should be sufficient for our players; guests staying one night are offered 24 hours free parking, which will leave a small balance to be covered by our players, given that they will arrive before 1 p.m. on the Saturday but will not leave until after 3 p.m. on the Sunday. We have sought a change in this arrangement from the hotel, but unfortunately it is not possible.
