To be eligible to play in one of the championship events, members must have been born during or before 1960*. However, there are also Open Pairs events with no age or grade restrictions.

• Tuesday 16 April Gala Pairs 19:30
• Wednesday 17 April IBU Senior Pairs Championship for the Pat McDevitt Trophy 13:00 (2 sessions with a break), Open Pairs 13:00 and 19:00
• Thursday 18 April IBU Senior Teams Championship 11:00 (2 sessions with a break), Open Pairs 11:00 and 15:00

The WBF Executive Council has decided to raise the age requirement for senior players to 65 in accordance with the following schedule:

For 2024 it will be 64 years of age 

On 1st January 2026 it will be raised to 65 years of age
