The EBL Women’s Committee is excited to announce the first online training session of the new season, following on from the very successful series started last year.

The first session will be on 14 October at 18:30 Irish time on the RealBridge platform, and it’s free of charge to all female members of the EBL’s federations. The first guest this season will be one of the rising stars of the bridge world, Anam Tebha of the USA. Anam has the unusual distinction of having won a world championship two days in a row, when she won both the U-26 teams and BAM world championship in 2017. Now a full-time bridge professional, she has followed this up with many more successes. In the past few months, she won a gold medal in the Women’s Teams at the European Transnational Championships in Poland and a silver medal in the Mixed Teams at the World Championships in Denmark.

This is your chance to learn from one of the very best. Practice your bidding, declarer play, and defence, receive expert feedback in real time, and connect with fellow women bridge players from across Europe.

Registration opens in early October via your local Women’s Bridge Coordinator, Joan Kenny, and all women players are welcome.
