We are getting a few enquiries about the instructions for this season’s CBAI Simultaneous Pairs week. As indicated at the start of the season, it has been decided to move that week to March in future, starting this season, to avoid a clash with the new St Brigid’s Day bank holiday, which hurt our numbers on Monday last season. This year’s week will therefore be Monday 4 to Friday 8 March, with a different game each day.
If your club has traditionally played in this event, or has already indicated that it wishes to do so this season, you don’t need to do anything for the moment. Just sit tight and we will issue the instructions closer to the week. If you haven’t played in it before, it’s still not too late to sign up – just let us know.
