AFFILIATION AND MASTER POINT AWARDS1. A list of current Members must be submitted, on the computerised printouts, by Clubs to Regional Secretaries on or before 1 January , accompanied by the appropriate fees. Corrected lists should be forwarded by the Regional Secretaries to National Headquarters before 1 February . Additional affiliations may be submitted by Clubs to Regional Secretaries on Late Affiliation forms up until 31 March . 2. The affiliation fees for the current year are €10 per member per club, irrespective of the number of Clubs of which a player may be a member. 3. Lists of Club Master Point awards should be forwarded annually on the Master Points Summary Sheet, through Regional Secretaries, to National Headquarters. 4. Lists of Master Point awards for Congress and Regional competitions should be forwarded within one month of the competition to National Headquarters. 5. All players competing in National, Regional, Congress and qualifying rounds for National competitions MUST give their membership number on the name slips provided, otherwise they may not be awarded Master Points for the competition. |
